Oliver Eastwood

Clinical Psychologist | MPsych(Clin), MAPS

Hi, I’m Oliver. I grew up in Bendigo and completed my clinical training at the University of Melbourne. My approach to therapy is non-pathologising and grounded in curiosity, compassion and respect for each person’s life story.

I’m passionate about providing a space where people can slow down, reconnect with themselves, and develop a deeper understanding of their past and present.

I’m trained in a range of therapies and primarily use Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) in my practice.

I work with adults experiencing a range of challenges, including trauma-related distress, PTSD, grief and loss, depression, anxiety, and relational difficulties. I currently work in-person in Bendigo on Tuesdays, as well as online on Wednesdays and after hours.
